Payment Methods
At The Organic Factor, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and secure as possible.
We accept a wide range of local payment options across Pakistan so you can pay the way that feels easiest for you.
All online payments are securely processed via PayFast, a leading Pakistani payment gateway.
1. Debit & Credit Cards
You can pay using most major debit and credit cards issued in Pakistan, including:
- Mastercard
- VISA
- UnionPay
- PayPak
At checkout, simply select the Card Payment option. You’ll be redirected to the secure payment page where you can safely enter your card details.
Notes:
- Your card information is encrypted and processed by PayFast.
- We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- 3D Secure / OTP verification may be required by your bank for extra safety.
2. Mobile Wallets & Digital Payments
For quick and convenient payments, you can also use popular mobile wallets and digital banking apps supported by PayFast, such as:
- Easypaisa
- UPaisa
- Zindigi
- Other supported local wallets and accounts (where available through PayFast)
At checkout, select the relevant wallet option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment from your mobile app or account.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We understand many customers in Pakistan prefer Cash on Delivery.
- COD is available for most locations across Pakistan.
- Simply choose “Cash on Delivery” at checkout.
- You’ll pay the
rider in cash when your order is delivered.
If COD is not available in your area or for certain order values / promotions, the system will automatically ask you to choose an online payment method instead.
4. How PayFast Protects Your Payments
All online payments (cards, wallets, and bank payments) on our store are handled by PayFast, using industry-standard security practices:
- Encrypted payment processing
- PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure
- Secure OTP / 3D Secure verification where applicable
- No storage of your sensitive card details on our website
This means your payment data is processed in a safe, secure, and compliant environment.
5. Currency & Billing
- All prices on The Organic Factor are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Your bank or wallet provider may apply standard charges or taxes (if any) as per their policies.
6. Issues with Payment?
If you face any issue at checkout (card declined, payment not going
through, etc.):
- Double-check your card details or wallet balance.
- Make sure your card is enabled for online transactions.
- Try another payment method (e.g., another card, wallet, or COD).
- If the amount is deducted but you didn’t receive an order confirmation, please contact us with your transaction ID and order details.
