At checkout, enter your accurate shipping address and phone number, then select Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method.

Our fulfillment team carefully packages your order. Once dispatched, you receive an automated SMS with your courier tracking number.

Rider Call in 3–5 Working Days

The delivery rider will call your phone prior to visiting your address to confirm your availability.

Hand over the exact cash amount shown on your parcel invoice and collect your securely sealed parcel.

  • Have Exact Cash Ready: Courier riders often carry limited change. Having the exact order amount ready ensures quick handover.
  • Keep Your Phone Reachable: Deliveries are only completed if the rider is able to reach you via phone call.
  • Parcel Inspection: Always check that the courier parcel flyer is intact, undamaged, and clearly labeled with your Order ID and The Organic Factor.
  • Authorize a Receiver: If you are away from home, please inform a family member or colleague to receive the parcel and leave the cash with them.
