Return & Replacement Policy
At The Organic Factor, we understand the importance of returns and replacements in online shopping. To ensure a fair process and prevent fraudulent activity, the following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer.
Eligibility
Returns and replacements are only applicable if the received items are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Timeframe
Claims must be raised within 1 DAY of the delivery date by contacting us at: +92 329-2525555. Any claim raised after a day of the delivery date will not be accepted.
Product Condition
The claimed item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
Return Period
Returned items must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. Once the return is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team, a replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.
Customer Responsibility
The items being returned are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. They should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Replacement Preference
Replacement with the same product and shade is preferred. For a different product or shade, please contact our Customer Service team at +92 329-2525555 to discuss the possibilities.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
- The Organic Factor reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:·
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of 'wardrobing' (buying items and returning them after temporary use).·
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving damaged or missing items.·
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
